This circular serves to advise all Directors of Lands and Mines and Land Administrators regarding matters concerning land surveying conducted by Licensed Land Surveyors.

This circular is issued to advise Land Administrators regarding the actions to be taken to enter land owned by Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) or any licensee under Section 9 of the Electricity Supply Act 1990 (Act 447) for the purpose of installing high and low-voltage electrical lines—whether above or below ground—covering the following aspects:–

1. The right of TNB, as a licensee, to enter, carry out work, and establish a right-of-way for electrical lines—whether above or below ground—under Section 11(1) of the Electricity Supply Act 1990 (Act 447);
2. Compensation for losses in respect of crops, buildings, and land affected by electrical lines, under Section 16 of the same Act.

This circular serves to advise Land Administrators regarding the method for calculating land area—including conversion to metric units—and the revision of land tax under Section 101 of the National Land Code 1965.

This circular is issued to advise Registrars of Titles and Land Administrators regarding the registration of vesting orders issued by the High Court under Section 50 of the Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989 (Act 372), pursuant to Section 420 of the National Land Code (NLC).
