The Strata and Stratum Title Division, the Federal Directorate General's Department of Lands and Mines (JKPTG) is currently conducting a study on the issue of strata title issuance and the establishment of a Subsidiary Management Corporation for strata development schemes. The results of this study will be used as input in efforts to improve the Strata Titles Act 1985 (Act 318) to ensure that the relevant acts remain relevant to current developments, especially in the development of stratified schemes in our country.
