Book on Circulars of the Director General of Federal Lands and Mines

The Circulars of the Director General of Federal Lands and Mines is published under the provisions of paragraph 8 (1) (e) of the National Land Code on the practices and procedures of administration and management of lands. The last volume effort was carried out in 1995. The revision works on Circulars of KPTG had begun as early as 2005. Two phases of revisions had been carried out where the first phase involved 86 circulars and the second phase another 122 circulars. The first phase of the review involved the participation of the State Directors of Lands and Mines as well as Land Administrators in a workshop held on 5-7 September 2005.
