Title of Circular: Survey For Mining Certificates And Mining Leases
Purpose of Circular:
Recently a case has been brought to the notice of Juru Ukur Negara that a Licensed Land Surveyor who was given permission to carry out a survey for a Mining Certificate had informed him that there was no necessity to follow up with a survey for a Mining Lease. This impression has apparently been shared by certain Collectors of Land Revenue.
