SIMPLIFICATION AND STANDARDIZATION OF CONSENT FORM TO TRANSFER, CHARGE, TRANSFER AND CHARGES (e-Consent) AT THE LAND ADMINISTRATION FOR PENINSULAR MALAYSIA
Currently, the user are burden with the requirement to fill-in information in the Consent Form, in which, the information required can be generated from the existing Computerized Land Registration System (CLRS).
The Working Group Efficiency Issues (WGEI) meeting has also raised the issue of public complaints on the Consent Form that come in various format according to the state. This has caused confusion to the public.
Therefore, further study on the standardization of Consent Forms has been carried out.The standardization of the Consent Form would further contribute to the:
- Simplification of the existing Consent Form will ease the public to deal at the land administration in Peninsular Malaysia; and
- Expedite the process of Transfer, Charge, as well as the application of Transfer and Charge at the land administration. The flow chart for the Consent application and Consent Forms are now available through the following link:
